My house is 7 years old and the master shower was showing serious signs of wear and mold build up I could not get rid of. I called Sir Grout and they were extremely helpful. Scheduling was super easy and the free estimate was thorough and informative giving me many options.
Aiden came the following week on time, walked me through the process and took the time throughout the day to update me and show me what was going on. He did an excellent job and I am very pleased with the results. I will certainly call them again if I need any tile work done or when I need it cleaned. Everyone was professional, courteous and patient.
Chris, Brock and Cam did an excellent job cleaning and restoring the finish on our terrazzo floor and in 2 showers. They were able to trouble shoot an issue that arose with the floor, and it looks beautiful! They took the time to find the right grout color in the showers. The team was on time, professional, and cleaned up nicely afterwards. You can tell they take pride in their work.

I set up an initial assessment to get a quote, someone came out to look at my bathrooms and I was given a very thorough breakdown of all the work to be done and the pricing. They walked me through different options, of various prices, to address my concerns. I was able to accept the quote online, then someone called to schedule the service.
Sam and Brandon completed work on both my bathrooms in one day. They worked quickly and efficiently and asked my preference on a couple design questions. The work was great and they were very kind and patient in answering all my questions. I would definitely recommend working with this company.
