Sir Grout did a fantastic job of regrouting our kitchen sink area, cleaning our travertine floors and resealing a couple of our showers. Yes, they were responsive as they called for an appt right away to bid the job. Pricing was about the same as another competitor who had done a previous shower last year but left our shower with missing grout and never told us. Sir Grout disclosed every little issue they saw. They are true tile professionals.

They went over potential issues during the time of the initial quote (our shower floor had been poorly installed), and let us know what options would be available, based on what they'd find during the course of the work.
