After about 18 years, it was time to clean, replace some grout and silicone caulking in our marble and travertine shower. Gabbi did a nice job bringing it back to like-new condition. She even replaced the plastic strip on the bottom of the shower door.

Regarding cost, it was pretty darn expensive in relation to how little time it took them to do the job. But it would have taken us do-it-ourselfers forever, and without professional results.
I've used other companies to clean and seal my condo's tile floors. None of those companies have done a complete or thorough job of cleaning the tile or the overflow around the grout lines as the technician from Sir Grout did. The floors look and feel like they did when I moved in 9+ years ago.

Sir Grout did an amazing job refinishing our marble counter tops! David, our technician was truly amazing and helpful. He brought our counters back to a like new condition. And left us with all the information to maintain the counters and offered to answer any questions that come up. We will definitely be using them again in the future.
Gabbi did a great job cleaning and sealing the grout in my shower. She was on time, did the job quickly, and was very friendly. She also shared some tips about maintaining the look of my shower which was appreciated.
This was my first time using Sir Grout. I thought I might have to replace my entire shower grout but Ethan (who came out for the initial bid) said I didn't need to but they could work on cleaning up the mildew and regrouting certain areas where it failed. It saved me a lot of money. Mike and Adam came out to do the work (clean/regrout shower and clean/seal granite counters). Really professional and continually checked to see if we were satisfied with the quality before they moved on to the next step. I can't believe how smooth the whole experience was and would definitely use Sir Grout again.
