My 25-year-old tiled shower is a mess. I looked into remodeling it and got terrible sticker shock! So I inquired about redoing the grout instead. I got a few bids. Some people bid just based on pictures, but Sir Grout sent Brock to take a look and give me a bid. Their price was not the lowest, but I liked the steps they took to get me the quote. Brock also explained the materials they would use and how to care for it afterward.

I was scheduled for 5/26, but early that morning, they texted me that the technician assigned to my job had called in sick. The earliest they could send another person was in the afternoon, so I agreed to the half-day delay. Cameron came mid-afternoon. He was very polite, apologized for the delay, and quickly got to work. He was pretty confident that he could finish the job by working into the evening. However, the mess from my past attempted repairs turned out to be a bigger job. Cameron didn't take any shortcuts. He had to come back today and spend another four hours finishing it.

I am very happy with how it turned out, and I want to give Cameron a special thanks for a job well done.

I had a few places in my shower where the grout had failed, along with a caulking job that was never good and was doing nothing but growing mildew. Ethan came out and looked at the issues, and gave me an estimate. Scheduling the repair work was super simple, and I was very happy with how quickly they could send someone to do the job.

Jeremy was the technician who completed the work. He was on time, pleasant, and did a fantastic job. After the grout dried, there were a few oddly discolored areas. I contacted Jeremy (he had made sure I had his number in case any issues arose), and he came back a few days later to re-treat those spots.

Dealing with Ethan and Jeremy was a pleasure—fast, efficient, friendly, and responsive. What more could you want? I'd recommend Sir Grout to anyone in need of grout repair.

Having gone through this process multiple times, I've learned it's well worth hiring a specialist over a general handyman. Even some professional tilers overlook critical details—like sealing the corners—where mold and mildew often develop.

Ethan, the owner, was prompt and professional, providing a quick on-site estimate. The work was scheduled within a few days. While I wasn't home during the service, Cameron did an excellent job and communicated proactively before and after the appointment. He also left the workspace spotless. I'd absolutely hire them again.
