A carpet cleaner recommended Sir Grout for repairing the grout in our master bath. The 20-year-old tile was dirty (although it had been professionally cleaned), pitted, and very unattractive.
Ethan from Sir Grout came out, gave suggestions for repairing the grout, cleaning, and permanently sealing the tile. We also asked if his company could tackle our marble vanity, and he said "Yes!" He was absolutely professional and explained exactly what would be done and exactly what we would be paying.
Cameron, the technician who came two weeks later, did an excellent job of repairing the floor grout, cleaning and sealing the tile, and making the marble vanity sparkle like new. It was a big job, but Cameron was friendly and industrious, and explained what he was doing when we had questions.

We are very pleased with Sir Grout. The service tech did a great job. He had to rebuild a section of the shower floor to fix the crumbling original grout. This took hours to do. In the process, he refitted all the 1-inch square tiles that were removed, quick-set them, and realigned everything to match the floor pattern. He also came back later to remove a film residue that wasn't noticeable until later.
The floor looks better than the original, and the shower floor seems more solid underfoot.
We had a nasty grout situation in an old bathroom that needed some attention, but was too small of a job for a few businesses that I contacted. Sir Grout, however, got it done well and in a few hours. Very pleased!
