David with Sir Grout was great! Once he took the bad grout out he made sure our existing tile was completely dried which took a couple more days of his fan doing the trick but it did. Awesome work! Had 2 showers completely restored by Sir Grout. They look even better than when they were first installed. We now have epoxy grout which never needs to be sealed and all caulking was replaced with epoxy grout too. Tired of moldy caulking every year.
Sir Grout did a wonderful job re-grouting our shower and cleaning/resealing the other tile in both bathrooms. There were some hiccups along the way, but David went out of his way to correct any issues and to make sure we were satisfied. It's not inexpensive but it was worth it in the end.
We had a fairly large job. 3 bathrooms, our kitchen islands and the entire downstairs tile flooring (about $9K). They sent 3 techs and completed the job in two days with minimal interruption. Upon arrival they assessed the job and immediately recognized some issues the salesperson did not see. They recommended two alternate plans (one regrout and one to not remove grout in another area). These recommendations saved us from potential damage and costly repairs. Our kitchen marble looks as good as the day I chose it in the warehouse 19 years ago. Courteous, clean, conscientious and willing to put up with two curious dogs, I can say Sir Grout, David, Michael and Sean were a great crew.
