To clean, regrout, and to seal tiles in the common areas of this building was a big project. Before the project started, I was nervous and concerned about the success and the outcome. The good and detailed work techs from Sir Grout presented throughout this project persuaded me quickly that my concern was unreasonable. Had a great experience from the first phone call all the way through to project completion. We needed our bathroom marble tile floor, shower, and countertop cleaned. David, the technician, was very responsive, thorough, and thoughtful. The original order didn't call for a full regrout of the shower floor, but that's what ended up being needed. He added it to the job and still finished a few hours before the estimated completion time. I would definitely recommend this vendor.
