Sir Grout sent two reps to my house first to give me a quote and then another, Caleb, to do the work on the appointed date: resealing floor tiles, regrouting a wall, and removing about 15 years of accumulated mineral deposits from the glass wall of a walk-in shower. All of its staff were punctual, courteous, and attentive, and Caleb made a few additional minor repairs without additional charge. Excellent service all around.

Chris, Brock and Cam did an excellent job cleaning and restoring the finish on our terrazzo floor and in 2 showers. They were able to trouble shoot an issue that arose with the floor, and it looks beautiful! They took the time to find the right grout color in the showers.
