Ethan of Sir Grout Seattle provided an estimate to clean and seal our kitchen and bathroom tile as well as an estimate to replace the grout in our shower. Ethan was professional and very responsive. He assigned our job to Michael. Michael was on time and very professional. He spent 5 hours completing the work. Our kitchen and bathroom tile is spotless and looks fabulous, just like new. Michael did a great job replacing the old shower grout with new epoxy grout that is mildew & stain resistant as well as waterproof. It too, looks great. Sir Grout - Seattle provides excellent quality for a reasonable price.
David and Mike did a tremendous job on 4 bathrooms and a kitchen sink. They stayed an extra 2 hours to do a hallway and laundry room tiled floor. We couldn't be happier with their work and highly recommend Sir Grout.

We had shower grout removed, replaced and sealed; slate floor polished and sealed; and soapstone island scratches were removed, buffed and sealed. It all looks like new! We are extremely pleased with the work completed by Sir Grout's David and David this week. They resolved an extremely challenging, labor-intensive shower floor issue and refreshed the tile walls, floors and tub surround (along with kitchen granite counters). We love our master bathroom again! Great experience with this company! Ethan was very prompt with the estimate and had really good communication. Plus he went the extra mile to research, deep clean and applied a finish to our marmoleum floor. David and David did a fantastic job with our travertine tile and grout in the bathroom. Our bathroom looks very refreshed and all the mildew stains are gone! Highly recommend Sir Grout.
I was considering ripping out all the travertine on our main level because the grout was turning dark and the stone lost it's finish. David and Mike arrived on time and professional following all Covid-19 protocols. They completely changed the feel of the travertine, it looks like a new floor with all new grout. In addition I had them polish and seal our marble bathroom floor and countertops, looks outstanding. Great workmanship and value, highly recommend getting a quote.
