Brock came the day after we called for an appt, and walked through our house, discussing options for various tile, grout, and stone areas that needed attention. A number of small things, but things they can do way better than us! We told him it was kind of a rush, if possible, and he had the technician Caleb scheduled 2 days later. Caleb ticked off all the things on our list very quickly and efficiently, leaving our home looking beautiful.
Especially pleased with the honed black granite kitchen backsplashes and fireplace surround. They were faded and "dry" looking—and now look clean, deep black, with a gorgeous luster. We are so glad we discovered Sir Grout and will be sure to have Caleb back in a year for maintenance.

Chris, Brandon, Brock and Cameron were all so great to work with and came out several times to make sure everything was perfect. We did 3 floors 1 a full regrout and 2 shower seals and a counter top.
