I could not have had a better experience. It started last Wednesday with a visit from estimator, Tanner, to discuss options and provide a quote. He was knowledgeable, explained things clearly, and listened carefully when I asked questions. I had shower glass that needed to be removed and the tile shower stall was in need of restoration. Today, Nick arrived and completed the work. He was polite, diligent, and paid attention to detail. The shower stall looks new and the bathroom was left as clean as it was when he started. Very professional. We were quoted for mold remediation and when the associate came out to do the work they informed us it was just grout in the porous rock and lowered the amount owed to simply seal the shower. We appreciate the honesty and professionalism!

Our shower was in need of a refresh. I called Sir Grout Seattle to have someone come out and tell me what they could do to make it look new again. I got an appointment for a few days later to have someone check it out. My appointment time was for 8am and Tanner came to my house on time at 8am. He was very professional and explained to me in detail what they could do to get my shower refreshed. No up selling, how refreshing!
We made an appointment to have our work done the following week. We got an email with the arrival time (8am) for our tech to arrive on our day. Derek was at our front door at exactly 8am.
