I wish I would've taken before and after pictures to add to this review. It looks like new again.
The team at Sir Grout did a phenomenal job restoring our 1960s stall shower. The team communicated well and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend!
Fantastic experience from start to finish! Our master shower was showing its age with mold spots along the floor and grout lines, so we chose Sir Grout for a deep clean. Hector did an incredible job and left everything spotless. I'm thrilled with the results and highly recommend Hector and the team!
Derek did a great job on our shower and was professional in every way. He was running late from his prior appointment so he called to let me know, then he called again when he was on his way. He came in, evaluated the shower and explained clearly what he was going to do and how long it would take. At various points along the way he showed me how it looked and what he'd be doing next. Not only was the end result wonderful, he was done exactly when he said he'd finish. I'd give Derek 10/10 stars!
Sir Grout was unable to fix the original issue with my countertops, but they immediately made things right by issuing a full refund. I highly respect their excellent customer service and honesty.
What is there to say about Sir Grout that will do them justice? Perfection? Immaculate? Heaven-sent?
Derek, the grout craftsman that helped me on my grouting journey, was world class. He had a keen eye for the little things that I wasn't even going to notice, and took it upon himself to make sure every "i" was dotted and every "t" was crossed in my shower. I don't know how it's possible that it looks better now, after Derek's expertise, than it did when it was built.
You can not go wrong with Sir Grout. They are professional. Quick. And extremely effective at what they do. I WILL be calling them again when my other shower turns to its darkest hour.
Thank you Sir Grout, and thank you Derek!
Great scheduling and my countertops are now sealed and protected. Additionally did a great job repairing some chips on the edge of the granite.
Jeremy and Chris were great! They showed up on time, confirmed what they were doing and did a great job. Grout is clean, fixed and sealed. Would highly recommend.
Excellent rejuvenation of our 20 year old bathroom tile and grout. Added mildew protection, sealant, caulking, and a repair in one spot. Great work!
Excellent work getting tile and grout deep cleaned and sealed and some new caulking.
