Tanner came to our home and provided an estimate to re-caulk our bathroom shower. And we had him give an estimate to refresh our main bathroom tiles (at the grout lines). Tanner was able to schedule a technician to complete the work before leaving. Hector arrived on time and got right to work. Hector did an excellent job in re-caulking the shower. He was careful to match the existing caulking and the outcome is really nice. Hector also steam cleaned, sanitized and sealed the main bathroom tile. It looks like new ! We are very pleased with the professionalism, the quality of work and the fairness in pricing that Sir Grout offers. Outstanding.

I tried recaulking a shower once and it was an epic fail. When it became obvious I needed to have my master bathroom/shower recaulked, I knew a pro was needed. Especially when you consider what the long term damage a crappy caulk job will cost you. Over the years I've heard good things about Sir Grout. So I went on thier web site and filled out a "call me" form. I recieved a call from a very professional and friendly woman (I regret not remembering her name) and we scheduled someone to come out to look at the job. (Please keep in mind that this was a small job.) Tanner showed up on time, looked at the work I wanted done and told me about thier minimum cost to roll a truck and technician. I was okay with that but Tanner wasn't. He wanted to look at other things that might need done so that I could get the most out of the minimum truck roll cost. He found several things that could be done so I feel like I got a good value. Tanner scheduled the technician right then.

Jeremy showed up on time and we walked through the job. He got right to work and got everything done in a superb manner. Took a tiny bit longer than he thought but as he pointed out, "I'm a bit of a perfectionist." Great job all around.

EFFORTLESS from start to finish. I highly value that. When you consider grout and recaulking is all they do, they are well worth the spend. In the long run they will save me money.

P.S. I have a large Italian Ceramic Tile floor downstairs that will need a regrout at some point and neither Tanner or Jeremy tried to upsell me. But believe me when I finally decide to get that done, it will be with Sir Grout.
