I have had a very good experience with Sir Grout. I had a hole in my travertine about the size of a nickel. I called Ethan, and we set up an appointment within days. Ethan came out, surveyed my floor, and shared that it could be easily done. He also looked in my shower and told me that the grout needed to be done. Caleb came out a few days later. Caleb was very knowledgeable about his job. I was very impressed with his workmanship. I would recommend Sir Grout to others.

We had a great experience with Sir Grout. They were prompt and professional and were able to solve a problem we'd had since our tile was installed six years ago (minerals were leaching out of the concrete subfloor, making the grout and tile rough and clogging the drain). Now our grout looks great, and our drain is clear! The service was not cheap, but it was worth the cost.

Sir Grout did a wonderful job of resurfacing and sealing our 25-year-old slate counters in our kitchen. I loved the slate when our kitchen was remodeled in 2000, but was frustrated with 25 years of stains and scratches in a kitchen where my husband and I love to cook and spend lots of time. Cameron at Sir Grout did a beautiful job of restoring the slate stone to its original beauty (reaffirming my original choice of that stone for our kitchen remodel). He also cleaned and resealed the grout and tiles in one of our bathrooms that was showing its age of over fifty years.
The tiles and grout now sparkle with the stains and scuff marks from our now-adult children removed. Sir Grout's price was reasonable, they explained each step of their process, and the workmanship was impeccable.
