The grout in the lower half of our shower had developed multiple chips recently and we were stressed about water getting behind the tiles. The owner of Sir Grout was able to come out to our home, give us an estimate immediately and then scheduled work for less than two weeks later. The grout replacement is now done, the new grout matches the older grout (from the undamaged part above) perfectly, everything looks great and my stress is gone. Brock did a fantastic job cleaning our master shower. More importantly, he was incredibly considerate and professional, as I tried to manage taking a full day of meetings from home and getting the work completed. Sir Grout did an amazing job cleaning and sealing our bathroom and shower tile. We hired them to take care of our entry foyer and three en-suite baths. Sir Grout arranged for two persons to complete the work but an unexpected change of schedule meant Brock did all the work himself. He was polite, and clearly communicated how he would take care of the different areas. Brock never lost his energy and worked hard until he completed the work. The quote initially seemed expensive but it was clear that our DIY efforts would have taken more than a single day and not had the professional results. We realized the value of professional cleaning as soon as we stood on the tiles for the first time. Super clean!

Expertise with tenacity! Sir Grout's stone-restorer, David, did an unbelievable job on our recently purchased eBay "marble" end tabletops. Firstly, thank you to Ethan for stopping by our house, looking at the end tables and offering us a competitive restoration and polishing fee. Once the tabletops were in their hands, David discovered that the stone was not marble but rather a premature granite stone which resulted in a different type of challenge including more labor. David kept us posted and after a week, the stone tops were delivered to our home totally transformed with a gorgeous glossy finish exhibiting the stone's natural specks and veins. What can I say? Wowee!
