We had three grout jobs in one long day (the master shower, the powder room floor, and all the kitchen counters). All of these jobs were done beautifully.
After 17 years, it was time to polish our kitchen granite and repair the dings and pits from years of wear and tear, on the counter top around the sink. David did an exceptional job polishing and filling the dings and pits. Our kitchen granite counter top looks as good as new. I can't thank him enough. Ethan was able to give me a Facetime quote for the Shower Protection/Restoration Package and an appt was set up. David came out promptly and did a great job but after he left I wasn't loving the grout color in the shower. I contacted Sir Grout and he came back out to my house a few days later. We found a color that looks great, he replaced the grout with that color and I'm very happy with it. David and Sir Grout get 5 stars from me.
Our showers both had started developing mold, and the counter grout was discolored. The workers were friendly and professional, and did a good job. We are very pleased to have our bathrooms looking so much better. They had us check out the work before they left to make sure we were satisfied. But later that day, I saw a small section where the grout was slightly pulled back from the wood edge. I called, and they came out quickly and fixed that for us the same day.

Ethan of Sir Grout Seattle provided an estimate to clean and seal our kitchen and bathroom tile as well as an estimate to replace the grout in our shower. Ethan was professional and very responsive. He assigned our job to Michael. Michael was on time and very professional. He spent 5 hours completing the work. Our kitchen and bathroom tile is spotless and looks fabulous, just like new. Michael did a great job replacing the old shower grout with new epoxy grout that is mildew & stain resistant as well as waterproof. It too, looks great. Sir Grout - Seattle provides excellent quality for a reasonable price.
David and Mike did a tremendous job on 4 bathrooms and a kitchen sink. They stayed an extra 2 hours to do a hallway and laundry room tiled floor. We couldn't be happier with their work and highly recommend Sir Grout.
