Sir Grout did a great job on cleaning and resealing our showers and redoing the grout in our high-end kitchen.
Sir Grout did a fantastic job of regrouting our kitchen sink area, cleaning our travertine floors and resealing a couple of our showers. Yes, they were responsive as they called for an appt right away to bid the job. Pricing was about the same as another competitor who had done a previous shower last year but left our shower with missing grout and never told us. Sir Grout disclosed every little issue they saw. They are true tile professionals.

Sir Grout Seattle did an excellent job re-grouting our shower floor. They went over potential issues during the time of the initial quote (our shower floor had been poorly installed), and let us know what options would be available, based on what they'd find during the course of the work. Brock made the floor look practically brand new, and it feels solid and secure under foot for the first time in years. He also cleaned and re-sealed the grout in the rest of the shower.
