The work was efficiently and well done. Oscar was a pleasure to work with, very willing to explain and answer questions. Separate comment: A woman from Sir Grout called me to set the work date. She had a question regarding what we wanted done. Since I found the bid difficult to understand, she said she would have someone call to explain and get my answer to her question. I never received the call. Perhaps that let to Oscar's confusion about the final charge.

David with Sir Grout was great! Once he took the bad grout out he made sure our existing tile was completely dried which took a couple more days of his fan doing the trick but it did. Awesome work! Had 2 showers completely restored by Sir Grout. They look even better than when they were first installed. We now have epoxy grout which never needs to be sealed and all caulking was replaced with epoxy grout too. Tired of moldy caulking every year.
Sir Grout did a wonderful job re-grouting our shower and cleaning/resealing the other tile in both bathrooms. There were some hiccups along the way, but David went out of his way to correct any issues and to make sure we were satisfied. It's not inexpensive but it was worth it in the end.
