They went over potential issues during the time of the initial quote (our shower floor had been poorly installed), and let us know what options would be available, based on what they'd find during the course of the work. Brock made the floor look practically brand new, and it feels solid and secure under foot for the first time in years. He also cleaned and re-sealed the grout in the rest of the shower.
