Kevin with Sir Grout regrouted my bathroom vanity. He did a very good job and it looks 100% better now. He also took the time to explain what he'd do and any follow-up care that may be needed. He was good at answering questions and setting expectations. I would definitely utilize Sir Grout services again. It was a good value for the cost.
My husband and I are so pleased with everything about this service. Starting with Gabbi - she was very informative and honest about what could or could not be done, and then followed up with a more senior tech regarding a specific question. Mike and Adam arrived today to do numerous projects in our home. The counter resurfacing is so superior to the last time we did this. It's actually better than at install! They regrouted multiple sinks, cleaned tiles, resurfaced counters and resealed our dingy fireplace. For good measure Mike weighed in on some materials we were considering in terms of future maintenance. These guys were on time, very cordial, efficient, professional and did a wonderful job. We highly recommend and appreciate their work.
Ethan and then his manager and technician David both showed up promptly. Both were professional and courteous, doing the work as promised and quoted. Shower tile looks great and extra care was taken as well to clean up around the shower doors and re-caulk. Kitchen counters looked great and David provided great info about how to keep grout looking good. There was a small area of damage that occurred during the service, but i was pleased at how communicative these guys were and responsive to sending someone back out again to fix the damage. I'd definitely use them again!
Kevin was an incredibly helpful technician. He helped us pick the grout colors and got right to work, cleaning and restoring our tile issues. I was very impressed. He left the area tidy and was very communicative. I will happily use Sir Grout again for my tile restoration needs.

Sir Grout did a great job on cleaning and resealing our showers and redoing the grout in our high-end kitchen.
Sir Grout did a fantastic job of regrouting our kitchen sink area, cleaning our travertine floors and resealing a couple of our showers. Yes, they were responsive as they called for an appt right away to bid the job. Pricing was about the same as another competitor who had done a previous shower last year but left our shower with missing grout and never told us. Sir Grout disclosed every little issue they saw. They are true tile professionals.
