All the work was done very well. We are pleased. So much so, that we have scheduled him to come back to work on the downstairs shower. Great job!

Sir Grout came in to apply an epoxy seal to my shower and do some grouting work. They showed up with two people and were later joined by a third who was a manager. All three were excellent communicators who detailed the extent of work to be done. They worked diligently throughout the day completing the job in the same day. The overall service and quality of work was excellent! Extra kudos to Derek who showed in great detail the work after completion and was extremely professional. I would highly recommend Sir Grout!
Had quite a bad rust stain on the kitchen countertop and honestly didn't expect it could be fully removed. The team responded very quickly and handled it professionally.
After the treatment, the rust stain is completely gone, and the countertop looks much better now. Really impressed with the result.
