I am very picky and expect a strong attention to detail from contractors. Sir Grout was willing to come out as often as needed to make sure I was completely happy with their work. It did require a second trip out, and they came back promptly. The technician worked closely with me to make sure he addressed all of my concerns. I am satisfied with the results. Caleb was presented with the challenge of not only color-matching and repairing grout, but also filling and color-matching broken tiles on a 95-year-old fireplace. He needed to cover for another tech that day and arrived a little later than planned, which was perfectly fine.
The room was a little dark. The next day, I noticed a few little imperfections that he likely just couldn't see. He graciously returned right away and spent another 3 hours correcting the problems. I couldn't be happier with his excellent customer service and craftsman-like skills!
