I recently had two showers restored by Sir Grout Seattle, and I am highly satisfied with their customer obsession, professionalism and attention to details. Even though there was a little confusion at the beginning due to some miscommunication, the entire team from the owner Ethan, General Manager Chris, to Caleb and Angel, went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were taken care of and delivered what I expected. In addition, Chris noticed a loose tile and discovered some underlying water damage in one of the showers. He recommended next steps for me to follow up on. This will help prevent further damage to the house before it gets worse. I really appreciate that this entire tram looks out for their customers and value their satisfaction above profit. Sir Grout Seattle will be the company that I will call for future needs and I will recommend them to anyone.
I found Sir Grout via yelp. The technician stopped by for quick visit to give quote and had patience to talk through the job details. I have river rock tiles in the bathroom that hadn't been deep cleaned or regrouted in a while. Their quote seemed reasonable ~$1000 for deep cleaning, mold remediation, regrouting edges and some spots on river rock bed and resealing.
On the day off the technician spend like 5-6 hrs I think on the job. The tiles look much better than before. They had also steam cleaned rest of the bathroom which also looks great. Overall pleased with the job.
While they were about 40 minutes late in coming from their assigned time, their finished work, which was to replace two tiles. It was beyond what I could have expected. They took a picture of it to send to his boss and his boss could not tell which tiles had been replaced. Then I took a look at it and I could not tell what tiles had been replaced.
They delivered as promised a travertine floor that looked like new.
Great customer service. When they came to our house for a quote they explained everything that they would be doing. Had the work done 4 days later. Everything looks great.

The team at Sir Grout did a phenomenal job restoring our 1960s stall shower. The team communicated well and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend!
Fantastic experience from start to finish! Our master shower was showing its age with mold spots along the floor and grout lines, so we chose Sir Grout for a deep clean. Derek did a great job on our shower and was professional in every way. He was running late from his prior appointment so he called to let me know, then he called again when he was on his way. He came in, evaluated the shower and explained clearly what he was going to do and how long it would take. At various points along the way he showed me how it looked and what he'd be doing next. Not only was the end result wonderful, he was done exactly when he said he'd finish. I'd give Derek 10/10 stars!
Sir Grout was unable to fix the original issue with my countertops, but they immediately made things right by issuing a full refund. I highly respect their excellent customer service and honesty.
