Our shower was in need of a refresh. I called Sir Grout Seattle to have someone come out and tell me what they could do to make it look new again. I got an appointment for a few days later to have someone check it out. My appointment time was for 8am and Tanner came to my house on time at 8am. He was very professional and explained to me in detail what they could do to get my shower refreshed. No up selling, how refreshing!
We made an appointment to have our work done the following week. We got an email with the arrival time (8am) for our tech to arrive on our day. Derek was at our front door at exactly 8am. He was polite and very professional. He went over our project with us and told us what he was going to do. After he was done our shower truly looked like new again. Great experience from start to finish! Jeremy worked hard all day to re-grout our entire bathroom and was very professional, friendly, and detail-oriented. He took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently answered our questions multiple times. The work was done very carefully, and he also cleaned up everything when he finished. We really appreciate his hard work and would definitely recommend him!

He listened closely to our needs, explained each step of the process before starting, and even offered to return for any adjustments my wife and I might want.
He also reassured us that Sir Grout fully guarantees our satisfaction, even offering to redo the grout color if we change our minds in a few days. The entire experience was seamless, starting from the owners' initial floor inspection and written offer to the incredibly quick completion of the job.
Derek and Aaron were on time, courteous and got straight to work. They worked diligently to clean our grout in our master bath and guest bath. We appreciate their attention to detail.
