We had someone else tell us that our shower needed a ton of work done. Chris from Sir Grout came over and gave us a no nonsense assessment of our shower, showing us plainly that we did not need nearly as much work as we were told.

He was polite, considerate, and most of all, ethical. He was straightforward and put the customer first. Instead of taking advantage of our lack of knowledge, he only had us do the work we really needed.

Y'all have a customer for life now, and I cannot recommend Sir Grout enough!!
