We hired Sir Grout to do work on an upcoming rental, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Derek arrived on time, walked through the space with me, and clearly explained his game plan before getting started. Throughout the day, he kept me updated on his progress and even asked for my input on grout color, which I appreciated.
The job ended up taking much longer than anticipated, but Derek stayed positive and focused the entire time. The quality of the work was fantastic; he truly did his best to make a very old shower look as good as possible, and the results exceeded our expectations.
