Chris, the technician, was very pleasant and professional, taking the time to explain all our options. Although we had signed up for a more expensive solution to our grout problem, Chris explained why it might not be the best alternative for us. We opted for his suggested alternative and were extremely pleased with the end result. We would highly recommend Sir Grout to anyone needing grout repair.
