I am very picky and expect a strong attention to detail from contractors. Sir Grout was willing to come out as often as needed to make sure I was completely happy with their work. It did require a second trip out, and they came back promptly. The technician worked closely with me to make sure he addressed all of my concerns. I am satisfied with the results. I would recommend them.
