Caleb was presented with the challenge of not only color-matching and repairing grout, but also filling and color-matching broken tiles on a 95-year-old fireplace. He needed to cover for another tech that day and arrived a little later than planned, which was perfectly fine.
The room was a little dark. The next day, I noticed a few little imperfections that he likely just couldn't see. He graciously returned right away and spent another 3 hours correcting the problems. I couldn't be happier with his excellent customer service and craftsman-like skills!

I used Sir Grout to help color-seal my floor tiles and apply epoxy grout around my tub. David and Hector did a great job. I recommend Sir Grout to my friends and neighbors. Wish I had used them to start with.
