My boyfriend was in charge of finding a new place to redo both our shower and bathtub, after we had the unfortunate experience of trusting a previous contractor who fell extremely short. We were on a deadline and were extremely anxious about having to start this process once more. Especially since my boyfriend spent 3 days removing the previous contractor's work..

From the first phone call we felt like we were in good hands. They were very understanding of our situation and helped to promptly get it fixed. They were professional, timely and very decently priced. The person working on our home communicated exceptionally well and made sure to call me and confirm before choosing colors or using a different material. My boyfriend was able to be there and I had to work, but you know how it goes and I was still in the loop. When we weren't sure about how something would look, we trusted his professional opinion, and it paid off. It looks great and I feel confident our bathrooms have more longevity now. It has been a smooth experience from start to finish and I will be recommending to others.

My boyfriend and I had a stressful experience with other 'more affordable' contractors. So I've been telling him no more "good deals" and more "you get what you pay for".

The grouters we had were very professional, helpful and skilled. I would identify them by name, but I have forgotten! I suppose you could just ask for the guys that did Michael's place and you could get them. Michael is a very uncommon name.
