Our Tech was polite, kind, and very efficient. Talked through the work he would do and was very open to input and suggestions. It looks remarkably better (downstairs shower floor), and the upstairs marble tile re-grouting was awesome as well. Very happy we got a quote and went with "Sir Grout".
