Our shower was in need of a refresh. I called Sir Grout Seattle to have someone come out and tell me what they could do to make it look new again. I got an appointment for a few days later to have someone check it out. My appointment time was for 8am and Tanner came to my house on time at 8am. He was very professional and explained to me in detail what they could do to get my shower refreshed. No up selling, how refreshing!

We made an appointment to have our work done the following week. We got an email with the arrival time (8am) for our tech to arrive on our day. Derek was at our front door at exactly 8am. He was polite and very professional. He went over our project with us and told us what he was going to do. After he was done our shower truly looked like new again. My entire experiance was top notch. I would not hesitate to have Sir Grout Seattle back again! Thanks Tanner and Derek!

Great experience from start to finish! Jeremy worked hard all day to re-grout our entire bathroom and was very professional, friendly, and detail-oriented. He took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently answered our questions multiple times. The work was done very carefully, and he also cleaned up everything when he finished. We really appreciate his hard work and would definitely recommend him!
